Our Klaviyo Shopify experts will help you hone in on specific customer segments with targeted offers while improving the customer experience for a population that increasingly values instant gratification.

Here’s what it offers:

• Improve customer experience
• Implement geofencing
• Enhanced targeting

Leverage seasonality

Let's assume that in southern California and Boston, you market apparel, and your two main groups of customers are located, and your inventory varies seasonally. You'll want to treat these two groups differently if you're marketing new winter products-hats and gloves may not be an ideal fit for winter in LA, but they are definitely necessary for winters in New England.

Leverage holidays

You'll want to prepare for variations in national holidays if you have a broad international audience. When you know which countries your customers are in, you can decide to take advantage of any local holidays with sales and other promotions.

Leverage brick-and-mortar locations

There are also a handful of brick-and-mortar locations in several eCommerce shops. You should send subscribers emails in the region outlining any future activities, in-store deals, or openings to drive traffic to your stores.
