Past orders segmentation can help you understand:

• Frequency and/or amount of purchases
• When do they order?
• What type of products do they order?

Find what's the preferred choice

Keeping an eye on when your customers order, you can be better prepared for large orders and seasonal ups and downs. Apart from increasing sales, you can start creating bundle offers to build a brand voice.

Find the favorite product

The biggest perk of knowing what type of products are popular among your customers will lead you to effective upselling and cross-selling. Doing either of these things in a selling situation can easily help boost your sales.

Frequency and/or amount of purchase

Monitor the frequency of a customer's buying history and send subtle reminders when you expect their inventory to run low. By making useful suggestions, you can also encourage customers to express their ordering habits.
